Some frequently asked questions from beach club members:

 

How many guest passes does a guest need for today?

Monday thru Thursday daytime guests = $8 (1 ticket)

Friday & Saturday daytime guests = $16 (2 tickets)

Sunday daytime guests = $24 (3 tickets)

Monday thru Thursday After 4pm guests = $1

Friday, Saturday, Sunday After 4pm guests = $8

July 4th = $24 (3 tickets)

July 5th = $30 Special Activity Pass

 

How much does a guest pay to park today?

Guest Parking - Monday thru Thursday daytime = $5

Guest Parking - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays daytime = $15

Guest Parking - July 4th, 5th = $20

Guest Parking - 7 days a week After 4pm = $5

 

Can I use my “Bonnet Bucks” in the store or in the office?  No.  They can be used in the snack bar, the sand bar & grill, and the restaurant.  They cannot be used for tipping.

 

Why did I get less in Gift cards than I paid?

The Club keeps a small percentage for general upgrades for the food service areas and equipment.  A Bathhouse and a Mini-Double pays $90 and gets $80, a Double pays $135 and gets $120, and a Cabana pays $180 and gets $160.

 

When is opening day?  For the 2013 season, we are open every day from May 18th – September 29th.

 

Office Hours?  10-4 everyday

Store Hours?  10-4 everyday

Gate? Opens at 8am and closes at 1am Sunday thru Thursday and 2am on Friday & Saturday.

 

Can I make a reservation in the restaurant?  Of course, but you have to call the restaurant - 783-3739

 

When does the pool open?  The pool, the snack bar, and the store open on Memorial Day weekend

 

When is adult swim?  The first 20 minutes of every hour

 

Do I have to get a Guest Pass if I am only bringing my guest to dinner? Yes, all guests need a pass to enter the club.

 

Does a guest dinner visit to the club count as one of the 8 times per season this guest can come? Yes, it counts as one of the eight times they may visit the Club.

 

Does a dinner guest count as one of my “guests per day”?  Yes, it counts towards your daily guest allotment.

 

Are voucher guest passes refundable? No. Vouchers are not refundable.  Regular guest passes are refundable until September 29th.  Guest passes will be refunded for $1 less than face value to the owner that purchased them.

 

Who can buy guest passes? Only Owners may purchase guest passes and they must be here in person.

 

What constitutes a leased unit? A unit is considered leased if no unit owner has activated a pass.

 

Can I pay my assessment with a credit card?  No, it is not allowed.

 

When can I sign my kids up for swim lessons? From May 18th  – May 31st only unit owners may sign up for lessons.  After that it will be open to the membership if there are any spots left.

Can I come in during the “off-season”?  In order to come in to show a unit, do any work to a unit, or for any other reason, you must get approval from the Manager ahead of time.

 

How many parking stickers can I get?  One parking sticker per licensed driver that activates a membership and presents a valid vehicle registration.

 

Can I purchase additional memberships on my unit?  Yes, additional memberships may be purchased according to the following rules: 

Each unit is allowed to purchase a finite number of additional memberships.  All unit owners and people that permanently reside with unit owners must be given an entitled membership until all entitled memberships are activated. 

 

Proof of residency is required for all persons in a unit if an additional membership is activated.  For persons that permanently reside with a unit owner the fee schedule is: $25 for under the age of 1 year and $300 for all other ages.  For persons that do not permanently reside with a unit owner the fee schedule is: $600 for all ages

 

Does an infant need a pass?  Yes, everyone needs a pass regardless of age.

 

Where can I find passes or units for sale or for rent? Many Owners list passes and units for sale or for rent in the paper, with a realtor, or on craigslist.
