The Bonnet Shores Beach Club offers a private beach, a swimming pool, a gift shop, a snack bar, a restaurant, an outdoor bar and grille, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, live entertainment, a full staff, showers, restrooms, private parking lot, and a safe family atmosphere.
The Bonnet Shores Beach Club is a condominium association consisting of 930 units:
2 Deluxe Live-In units which are deeded 10 memberships; 4 Live-In units which are deeded 10 memberships;
285 Cabanas which are deeded 8 memberships and are approximately 9'x12' in size;
26 Double Bathhouse units which are deeded 6 memberships and are approximately 8'x8' in size;
206 Mini-double Bathhouse units which are deeded 4 memberships and are approximately 4'x8' in size; and 407 Bathhouse units which are deeded 4 memberships and are approximately 4'x4' in size.
Every Unit’s interior is different according to the preference of the individual owner. Bathhouses are primarily used for storage of beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia. All units are privately owned.
In order to become a member at BSBC, you can:
1) Purchase a unit from a unit owner. (Prices vary according to market value, type of unit, the location of the unit, condition of the unit) Once you own a unit here, like any other condominium association, you will be responsible for yearly condominium assessments and yearly town taxes;
2) Rent a unit from a unit owner (Renting a unit gives you access to that private unit along with all the Club facilities); or
3) Buy Seasonal Membership Passes from a unit owner. Each person who is to be considered a member will need a photo ID membership card. Membership passes give you access to all the Club facilities, but not to a unit and is only valid for one season.
