May 16, 2007 Board
Meeting was approved at the
Board meeting of June
12, 2007 1. Immediately after the Annual Meeting, a Board of Director’s Meeting was convened to elect officers for the coming year. Present were all seven (7) Board Members elected at the Annual Meeting, namely, John Coletti, Vin Nugent, Steve Brown, Jerry Zito, Tim Magill, Kerry Rafanelli and Mike Favicchio. 2. The following officers were elected: President-- John Coletti; Vice President—Kerry Rafanelli; Treasurer—Mike Favicchio; Secretary—Vin Nugent. 3. The Board also decided that in light of the construction still ongoing at the Beach Club, that the Club would be closed weekdays until Memorial Day weekend. |
