SUMMARY ofAugust 15, 2007 Board meeting

Dear Fellow BSBCCA Members,

The following summary of the August 15, 2007 Board Meeting was approved at the Board meeting of September 5, 2007

1. Several members appeared during the Open Discussion Session. Tony and Christine Fiore (L-13) asked the Board to consider allowing the use of golf carts in our parking lot. Marybeth Holland (53) indicated that she would like to see better service in the restaurant and entertainment on all Saturday nights. Jeanne DiLibero (E-02) asked the Board to consider keeping the Beach Club open later on weekdays during September.

2. The developer suit for damages relative to the septic system has now made its way to the Supreme Court and has been designated for mediation.

3. The Treasurer provided a report indicating that finances thus far this season seem in good shape and on budget.

4. The Board reviewed a report provided by the office on the daily member/guest tally for the season thus far and has agreed to review guest pass policies during the off season.

5. The Board decided to open the Pit Bar & Grill on weekends in the month of September weather permitting. The decision on whether or not to open will be made by management on a weekly basis. Bonnet bucks may be used if the grill is open.
